Can you help identify this event and any of the people shown in the photo?
It is taken in the Church grounds looking towards the Maypole and is attended by a military gent. Many people have looked at it but none can recall the event.

 The old Parish Hall  Two images taken inside the old Parish Hall. Do you remember any of the people here?
The picture on the right starting from the boy on the left of the picture who is wearing a headscarf is John Spillet,next to him the young lad doffing his cap is Roger Martin, standing to his right and behind Roger Martin is Malcolm Lambkin, next to him on his right and in front of him is Keith Martin and the lad wearing the wellington boots is Micheal Parish. All members of the local youth club at Borden. |

This would have been taken about 1962-63,can anybody recognize the milkman from this picture? I'm pretty sure the 9th from the left is my late father John Back, who I remember worked for whiteheads around that time. George Whitehead born app 1871 in Kent he died in 1950 his wife Matilda Whitehead nee Croucher born app 1874 in Kent she died in 1953. They married in the district of Milton near Sittingbourne in 1891 and they are buried in Borden Church yard. Children that I have found; Edgar F Whitehead born1918 Milton, Syliva C Whitehead born 1912 Milton, Reginald Stanley Whitehead born 1900 Milton he married Norah Love in 1920 Milton children I have only found one Stanley H Whitehead born 1921 Milton.  Tickham Hunt 1960s | I believe this is Tickham Hunt, from the 1960s, having a rest outside the Plough and Harrow. The Tickham hunt program used to run in Kent, from Whitstable to Doddington. |  Borden Fete 1946  Borden Fete c1970 | Competitors in the fancy dress parade at Borden fete.
